Return & Exchange Policy

At ChoiceBras, your comfort and confidence are our top priorities. We want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  1. Your item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  2. All original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals are intact.
  3. Your return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, certain items like panties, shapewear, and adhesive bras are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at support@choicebras.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.

  1. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  2. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please mention it when contacting our support team. We’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received and verified.

Defective or Wrong Items

We take great care to ensure every order is perfect. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, the following items are non-returnable:

  1. Panties and thongs
  2. Adhesive and stick-on bras
  3. Gift cards
  4. Final sale or clearance items
