Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options across Canada, the U.S., and select international locations:

1. Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
2. Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
3. International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
We also offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within Canada.

Order Tracking

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

1. Your item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
2. All original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals are intact.
3. Your return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, certain items like panties, shapewear, and adhesive bras are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact our support team at support@choicebras.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.

1. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please mention it when contacting our support team. We’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received and verified.

Defective or Wrong Items
